Guess who's back!
Let the party begin!
We are proud to announce that we are returning to the Baltic drift scene with our accustomed and well known E30 drift car which has been fully rebuilt after our last years crash at DriftMasters GP. It has been a long and painful work to get the car back and running but we have done it. The car was severely affected by the accident and it took us nearly 10 months to bring it back to life.
Due to damaged intake piping, intercooler, exhaust manifolds, and other turbo related parts- we made a decision to downgrade our car from its Turbo form and return to the atmospheric engine. This decision was also made because of the poor maneuverability of the car and weight distribution in the current build.
Firsts tests of the car have been done and everything seems just perfect- the car is steering well, the power is just where we left it and we are ready to go full competition mode.
This means that once again we are back in ProAM class and we are planning to participate in the 4 left over season races of Latvian Drift Cup:
1. 14th-15th July Latvian Drift Cup Stage 3- Laitse Rally Park, Estonia.
2. 12th-13th August Latvian Drift Cup Stage 4- "Rullits" Jelgava, Latvia.
3. 1st-2nd September Latvian Drift Cup stage 5- "Bikernieki" Witch Kettle, Latvia.
4. 13th-14th October Latvian Drift Cup stage 7- "Bikernieki", Latvia.
In this season, we are not planning on thinking too much about the points of the overall standings but enjoy the plain fun and excitement of drifting once again.
